Construction to be completed in spring 2026, in a quiet sector of Val-d'Illiez, five minutes from the Champéry ski lifts and the Portes du Soleil ski area. Permit to live issued in May: we're moving in right away, with the volumes, light and energy efficiency of a new home and the warmth of a real mountain chalet.
The first floor is organized around a generous living room. Integrated kitchen - central island, granite top, Siemens appliances -, living room and dining room unfold under an exposed framework, around a wood-burning stove that gives rhythm to winter evenings. The bay windows open onto a south-facing terrace and balcony, providing some 60 sq.m. of outdoor space - a playground for children in summer, and a jacuzzi area (water supply already installed) for parents in the evening.
The attic space houses three bedrooms, all opening onto the balcony. The master suite isolates itself with its private shower room; the other two bedrooms share a second bathroom. The volumes are just right: enough for everyone to have their own space, compact enough for the chalet to remain a home.
On a daily basis, elementary school is in the village, secondary school in Monthey. Swisscom fiber is installed. The autoroute A9 (Monthey exit) is 15 minutes away, Lausanne around 1 hour, Geneva 1h30. Shops are just a few minutes away (PAM in Val-d'Illiez, Coop in Champéry, open 7/7).
Four parking spaces - two covered in the basement and two paved outside - complete a property designed for the life of a family, or for that of an active couple who choose the valley as their main address.
